Travel Review- Ocean park (Hong Kong) DRAFT3


I want to share a good place to go for thrilling rides with you. It’s called Ocean Park, located in the Southern District of Hong Kong Island.

 

Many visitors to Hong Kong go to Ocean Park to have fun. The park is recognized as one of the ten, most popular amusement parks the world (Forbes.com). It is popular because different parts of the park are connected by cable car. Ocean Park is a theme park as well and it currently has over 40 rides and attractions. Many people love this place for the rides and the attractions.

Ocean Park is good for people to visit on a day trip. People can get there easily by bus, taxi, van or MTR. When you go into Ocean Park you have to buy a ticket first and the ticket is not too expensive, costing 250HKD. Why have I said it was not too expensive? Because a ticket to Ocean park is cheaper than the ticket for Hong Kong Disneyland.

You can try all the rides but they are in different place so you need to do some walking first. When you’re walking you can see a fabulously cute Giant panda exhibit, a breathtakingly beautiful garden, a shark tank, and a three-storey aquarium. It is amazing!!!! After that you can watch a show called "Whiskers”, where the characters are dolphins and sea lions. It is a wonderful show to watch.


When people finish the activities, they can find food anywhere, but it is expensive. The food includes chips, hotdog, chicken, noodles and rice. I think only the hotdogs are yummy because I tried the others and the taste was bad. I highly recommend people to visit this wonderful place, you can play and see lots of differences between you and the marine organisms. You can have a lot of fun at Ocean Park!
